Change To Comments

Update: 2005.11.11
I have changed the comment rules again. I am now going to start moderating the comments. I have received what I beleive to be comment spam. I am hoping this will help.

I have changed the comment rules to be open to anyone. If I get too many spam emails I will change the comment rules again.
